DHL Express January 1, 2025 Price Change
by EasyPost
Starting January 1, 2025, new DHL Express U.S. international rates and optional services will come into effect. This impacts all DHL Express accounts, including bring-your-own-credentials and the discounted EasyPost DHL Express shipping account.
This rate change will ensure DHL Express can continue to provide quality service even with rising inflation and regulatory costs. It’ll also allow them to invest in secure IT infrastructure and make strides in sustainability efforts.
While exact rate adjustments vary by zone and package weight, on average you’ll see a 5.9% increase. Optional services and surcharges will also see rate changes.
If you don’t already have prenegotiated rates with DHL Express, we recommend using our EasyPost DHL Express shipping account to access rates lower than retail. We’ve already negotiated for you, so you can start saving on shipments today.

- Non-Routine Entry: Only applies when shipments are subject to non-routine clearance procedures by the destination Customs authorities due to value, weight, and/or commodity. It can also apply in select countries where DHL Express must outsource formal clearance entries to a licensed third-party broker.
