Update: You Can Now Add Users with Our New Members tab in the EasyPost Dashboard

We are excited to announce the launch of our latest update at EasyPost – the Members tab within the EasyPost Dashboard. The new tab allows you to securely add new users to access your EasyPost Dashboard. For the first time, you can now have a controlled, shared EasyPost environment.
Why We Built It
At EasyPost, our goal is to simplify shipping for our customers.
We added the Members tab with the clear intention of simplifying collaboration among multiple individuals within a single EasyPost account. This new functionality enables effortless sharing of account access, promoting seamless teamwork and significantly enhancing overall productivity. Furthermore, we have implemented robust security measures to safeguard all sensitive data stored in EasyPost.
How to Use It
Using the Members tab to add new users is quick and intuitive. You can invite new users in the Members tab to create a new account via email. All users will have their own accounts with unique login credentials. Users' permissions can be limited by setting their role to “Shipper Agent” which will prevent users from accessing sensitive company information such as carrier account and billing information.
To get started, log in to your EasyPost account, click Account Settings in the left-hand side menu, and then navigate to the Members tab.
Within the new tab, you can add other users, deactivate them as needed, and check on their invitation status.
