Track platform health and performance
See analytics for your whole platform or drill into any single sub-account.
- Spot where customers can grow: Surface shipping performance trends that show each customer where to improve.
- Catch problems before customers do: Watch usage, uptime, error rates, and more so you can fix issues before they interrupt anyone’s business.
Tap into EasyPost Wallet Carriers
Give sub-accounts discounted rates from top carriers with no contracts or volume minimums, all on one invoice.
- Stop paying retail rates: Most sub-accounts don’t ship enough to qualify for discounts on their own. With Wallet Carriers, they get lower rates at any volume.
- Skip the contract negotiations: There’s no redlining and no minimum to hit. Rates are ready to use the moment you log in.
- Switch carriers when you need to: Mix national and regional carriers, and move volume when prices spike or service slips.
“Since we‘re not hand-holding each integration, or stopping our development to deal with carrier changes, we’ve been able to work on our interface and scaling infrastructure.”
Josh Barnett
President @ SKU Labs
Choose who pays for postage
Bill postage to your platform, or have sub-accounts pay EasyPost directly.
- Self-Managed Billing: Sub-accounts pay you, and we bill you for postage. Shippers buy labels without leaving your platform, and you control every transaction.*
- EasyPost-Managed Billing: Sub-accounts add their own payment method, and we bill them directly. You skip building a payment system and aren’t liable for their postage.
*FlexRate and USPS Claims are available only with Self-Managed Billing.
